How to get rid of Stress
THREAT of stress always lurking anywhere, anytime. The reason could be due to psychological factors as well as physical.
Stress for most people like a specter that haunts life. Its presence is often unwelcome and can strike at any time. Lifestyle factors and also the shackles of daily routines often give any stress without we thought. If you've already attacked by stress, here's how to throw:



Change the atmosphere

When stress sets in your mind, put yourself in a different environment for five to 10 minutes. If you're used to reading or typing on a table, occasionally move to a bench outside. Setting a new atmosphere to evoke your senses and rid your stress because you are presenting a new stimulus.

Start exercise

Begin with the movement of light physical exercise such as jumping up and down or shaking hands to create a relaxed body. Physical activity can provide freshness and prevent you from negative energy. Breathe slowly and deeply to prevent the arrival of extraordinary stress.

Write
Start writing a journal that poured a few thoughts that bother you. Then write to measures something that can help you to cope with the burden problem. This method is very effective to repel stress  at sudden attack.

Maintain a sense of humor

Laugh at least once a day, even it's better if you can laugh as often as you can. Studies show that people with chronic pain can be minimized illness with laughter several times a day.

Walk

Take a stroll though only five minutes will make updates on your mind and make you more rhythmic breathing. Not only that, your mind was so much more clear. For more leverage, swing your arms back and forth and pull a deep breath to increase energy. This is one exercise to prevent stress.

Stop all activity

When you begin to feel stressed, stop what you are doing and spend a few minutes to breathe deeply.

Say no to any activity that is not important

Lower your demands and put yourself in the court of comfort to reduce stress. Do not accept every offer activities that are not needed and you did not have enough time to do it.

Keep your workload in the morning

Usually in the morning when you are still fresh, this is the best time to do projects that require full concentration. So, look at big projects that you are living and doing a series of steps to accomplish tasks one by one.
Leave three hours every week for your own
Do not let anyone steal your time and privacy. Use the remaining time to run your hobby, for example by reading a book that you want and do not have time to read all this.

Live for today
Do not live for the past and just worry about the future. Enjoy the life that was passed today by the best. This is a recipe telling spared from acute stress.
